I am a certified senior HR professional with a master's degree in Human Resources & Employment Relations from Penn State University.  

My passion for HR began in 1985 in the HR Dept. of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company in Chicago, IL.    Since then, I have worked in all areas of Human Resources for various large and smaller enterprises over the past two decades.

As a former HR Manager, I understand the unique and increasing challenge that compliance places upon businesses without robust HR departments.   I offer free consultations to help us both assess if my services meets your needs.

 

I am especially dedicated to small and medium businesses who need assistance with employment and labor HR issues or to help with an HR start-up.  My areas of expertise are Employment and Labor Law Compliance training and employee relations.   My services are highly affordable and executives have told me I have a keen and unique ability to balance the needs of the organization with the needs of the employees.
